ACS is parallel to view for all views

    Problem

ACS is parallel to view for all views

In V8i by default every view has an ACS defined parallel to te view, while in XM there was one ACS for all views.

    Solution

You can set the ACS used for every view using the Auxiliary Coordinates dialog.

This dialog can be found using the appropriate button in the Primary Tools tool bar, or from the menu Utilities.

In this dialog one can set the orientation for the Unnamed ACS for the active view in the column Orientation. (If this column is not visible in the dialog: right-click on the row with column headers and choose Orientation from the context menu.) You can set the orientation for the ACS for every view separately.

These ACS's are saved with the file settings, so to keep the new orientations you need to use File - Save Settings.

To make these ACS's the standard for new designs set them in a seed file.
