Remap element attributes to remove ByLevel status

Problem

How to remap element attributes to remove bylevel, but maintain effective value.

Solution

1. Start a new remap table.
2. Open "Color" tab.
3. Add ["color number"] (in brackers) to the "Color" column (the brackets are required).
4. Add "color number" to "V8outputcolor" column on the same line as the previously added color in step #3.
5. Repeat for every color desired to remove "bylevel" setting from.
6. Switch to "Style" tab and repeat steps 1-5.
7. Switch to "Weight" tab and repeat steps 1-5.

Example:
Color V8outputcolor
[1] 1
[2] 2
[3] 3

Note 1 : open optional columns to further filter what will be remapped.

Note 2 : For MicroStation J files : Saving to v7 and back to v8 DGN may result incorrect results. Use this VBA macro which drops all ByLevel to fixed attributes -http://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/m/microstation_gallery/270663
