Problem
Image was slow to open, then it wasn't displaying all the way in raster reference. Part of image missing.
The user mentioned that when they started MicroStation they were getting an error Quick vision gl warning C:\windows\systems\open gl32.dll is obselete and may hang MicroStation.
For an update on this Microsoft operating system component please contact system administrator.
Solution
Checked the users workspace>configuration>operation> Graphics Accelerator and the user had the path set to qvisgl so changed it to quickvis and saved settings.
Restarted MicroStation and the error no longer displayed and the image displayed fine in raster reference.
