Problem

When attempting to edit or add text using the Text Editor - WordProcessor, the Word Processor window opens up showing the commands bar,but no text key-in area shows up. The word
processor window but the key-in area is all greyed-out. No error is shown.

Solution

Internet Explorer 5.5 or later is required for the Word Processor to work.
