Problem

Saving to dwg and Graphic Groups are lost.

Solution

AutoCAD does not support the MicroStation Graphic Groups, but does
support Named Groups. If a Graphic Group is turned into a Named Group,
and the Named Group toggle is on in the Save As dwg Options under the
Filter tab, the Named Groups will translate in the dwg format.
