Problem

Duplicate Text Styles and cells:

A Cell has been created in a DGN that has a text style named TEST. Now the cell is placed in another DGN that has a text style of the same name, although the settings are different. The cell text does not adhere to the settings in the DGN in which it has been placed.

Solution

The text style information used to display the cell text is written to the Cell Library. Therefore, when a cell is placed, the attributes are set from the cell library text styles, not the active DGN text styles.
