Problem

Distributed Processing Controller error

When attempting to start the Process Controller for Distributed Rendering, a Windows error message appears:

"DistributedProcessingController for Windows has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Solution

1. Open the Distributed Rendering Shared directory.
2. Delete the contents of the Messages and Jobs folders.
3. Start the Process Controller.
