Problem

Dimension terminators are scaled when placed
Size/Scale of dimension terminator when dynamically attached to the cursor is different from the size/scale after the dimension is placed.

Solution

Switch off: Uniform Cell Scale

The Uniform Cell Scale setting can be active in dwg files or files that were converted from dwg.
It makes that height and width of a terminator cell are equal/fixed (conforming dwg file format)
To switch off:
- open the file
- go to menu: Element>Dimension Styles
- in the Geometry tab, go to the section: Terminators
- click the Symbols option
- switch OFF the option: Uniform Cell Scale setting
- alternatively toggle the Cell definitions to: Default (or Symbol)
