Problem

How to tell which RSC file a Linestyle definition is stored in

Product: MicroStation
Version: V8 and V8i
Area: Custom Linestyles, RSC file

Solution

View the style in the custom dialog.

Steps:
1. Go to Element > Linestyles > Custom
2. Scroll for the style name
3. View path name under the style preview.

Notes:
If the path points to the active file, the style is internally stored
and not stored in a RSC file.
