Replace the UPF (rename the current one or moving it out of thefolder).Restore MicroStation to Factory defaults
Menu item: CWorkspace > Preferences > Operation: "Uncheck "Compress File on Exit" (workaround: manually compress).
Remove RSC files from the MS_SYMBRSRC + MS_FONTPATH and replace one at a time untilexception crash returns. (Menu item: Workspace > Configuration > Symbology)
