Problem

Semicolon between words not seen
Keyin strings with multiple keyins, separated by a semicolon are not
respecting the semicolon as a separator

Solution

1. From within MicroStation, Go to Workspace > Preferences
2. Choose the Input Category
3. Check on the Option for Start in Parse All Mode

4. Click OK to close the dialog
5. Close out and restart MicroStation
