In a DWG drawing with clipped reference

Problem

In a DWG drawing with clipped reference files. The clip boundary is
displayed and can not be selected or turned off.

Solution

This is controlled by the DWG variable xclipframe. In the key-in browser
type "DWG xclipframe 0" to turn the display of the reference clip
boundary off. Setting it to 1 to turn the display of the reference clip
boundary on.
