Problem

After text is resized with the Element Selection tool, you can longer control its Line Length--After text is resized by editing its handles with the Element Selection tool, user can longer control the Line Length of the text. That is, once the text is edited the ruler in the Word Processor is restricted and once new text reaches the ruler's limit it goes to the next line and acts like a carriage return.

Solution

Once the text has been changed with the edit handles the carriage returns are stripped out, there is no way to get them back. So the text acts like it was placed with the word wrap method.
