Problem

MicroStation Closes w/o error (MS2004)
MicroStation closes after the user selects a file from the
MicroStation manager.

Solution

Replace the local user profile.
The local user log-in (Windows log-in) is corrupted
or invalid. You may need to contact your administrator
for assistance with replacing the Windows user profile.
