Problem

Microstation V8i SS3 crashes when placing RPC cell.

This basic and file independent problem happens when activating the "Place RPC" tool.

Solution

Repair MicroStation installation
Some necessary .dll files have not been installed,
e.g. RPCapi.dll, RPCFilterHost.dll, RPCJPeg.dll, RPCcls.dll
Unknown reason but likely they have been blocked by Virus Scanner
