When active level display is set to off, flood type commands will not display the boundary. The dynamics does not show even though dynamics is enabled in View Attributes.Camera and light cones do not show when the camera or light is selected from the list.
This is a product of the active level being off.It is possible to turn off the active level1. Go to Workspace > Preferences.2. Select category: Operation.3. Disable "Display Active level in all views".Reason:The way MicroStation displays "transient" elements (flood boundaries, dynamic lines, etc.) is with MicroStation element data. These elements are placed with true Micro-elements (lines, etc.) and temporally placed on the active level. These elements need to be placed on a level that is sure to be available. So there are 2 choices, the active level or the default level. In contrast the active level is more likely to be the level that is on.
