Problem

I am using Early Access or Beta version of MicroStation. How do I get support?

Solution

Support is via Bentley Communities in the Technology Preview area.

This is an Early Access (EA) or beta software and is unsupported through the normal Bentley SELECTsupport channels. If you are having issues with this version of software please use the assigned Bentely Communities forum to have them addressed.

If you are reporting an issue regarding the early access software please include {Bug report} at the beginning of the subject so that it is easily identified.

Please remember that this forum is intended for discussions related to the usability and stability of the application prior to a commercial release. If you have an idea or a request for a new feature please include CR or Change Request in the subject line.
