Problem

Clip Boundary inactive reference panel

The issue is, that the icon for the Clip Boundary tool in the reference
dialog box is grayed out when in DWG workmode.

Solution

Workaround:
1. Place a fence where you wish to cut.
2. Right click on the drawing in the Reference dialog box
3. In the tool box press the Clip Boundary

Or update the version, the issue has been fixed in the newer version of
V8i Select Series 1.
