Problem
Dialog box's title bar is not visible/stuck. Therefore, dialog cannot be
moved.

Solution
There are three ways to resolve this.
1. Choose the Window Main Menu Bar item and then from the menu choose
the dialog whose title bar is not able to be selected. For example, if
it is the References dialog box, choose References from the Child Menu.
2. While using the Element Selection tool, hold down the shift key and
select any corner of the dialog whose title bar is not able to be
selected (you need to select the lowest most pixels of the dialog's
corner). Keeping the left mouse button pressed move your cursor until the title bar become visible.
3. Delete the UPF. You can determine which UPF from the About Workspace menu item within the Workspace Main Menu.
