Problem

After a pre-V8 cell library is upgraded to V8 a View Group is not created for each Model/Cell.

Solution

View Groups did not exist pre-V8 and therefore are not automatically created when upgraded to V8.
View Groups are not considered particularly useful in Cell Libraries and would just add to the file size if they were automatically created during the upgrade.

Workaround:
Create a Batch Processor file that contains the command FILEDESIGN and run it on all Models in the Cell Library.
This will create a View Group for each Cell/Model.
