Can Design History be removed in MicroStation without having to run the packager utility and remove the history using this method?

Solution

Under the Utilities > Design History > Delete has been added to remove the design history from a design file.

Set MS_DESIGN_HISTORY to value of delete=1. Save configuration changes, exit, and restart MicroStation. Then use the key-in HISTORY DELETE
