Problem

Text in dimension style is not applied when placing notes. Things such as text size and color do not get activated when selecting the dimension style.

Solution

Dimension text takes on the active settings in file unless text style is defined for specific attributes. Create dimension style that will have the height and the width along
with color Attach the text style to the dimension style.
