Problem

Create complex shape auto–non-planar lines does not work for the user.
Once the first 2 lines are picked the create starts but immediately
comes back to the begining to create a triangle.

Solution

Create Complex Shape will not work with non-planar lines - all lines
must be on the same plane for this tool to work properly. Setting the
ACS Plane and using the ACS Plane lock and snap will allow for the
manual creation of the shape and allow for the shape to be closed.
