Download in Google Chrome browser does not work

Problem Description

When downloading a product directly from selectservices.bentley.com or from a link received in Fulfillment document via Google Chrome browser the download process does not start.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the top right hand corner of your browser
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Show advanced settings
  4. Under the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the "Pop-ups" section, click "Manage exceptions..."
  6. In the Pop-up exceptions dialog box, under the tab "Hostname pattern" click in the field and add the domain for which you want to create an exception:                        [*.]bentley.com
