Problem

How to create German architectural dimensions with superscript five and end symbols with slashes?
The five is desired for the third decimal place and should be rounded automatically to five or zero. The zero of a third decimal place should not be displayed. Only the five of the third decimal place should be displayed and needs to be superscript.
In addition, there is a desire that values less than one meter are represented in centimeters, so zeros before the decimal point are not shown and the decimal point itself neither.

Solution

The following screenshots were taken from a dimension corresponding to the above-described requirements.
For the preparation of this dimension style I started a new file that has been created from the seed file "seed3d.dgn".

A new dimension style is created as followed:
Menu item: Element > Dimension Styles > Style > New > enter desired dimension style name > press icon for "Save Style".
Dimension changes needs to be saved by this "Save Style" icon too.

All settings shown in blue have been changed in this style. Settings such as Font, Text height / Text width, tab "Symbology" can be customized differently.
