How to update Table with modified contents from source file

Having modified the contents of an Excel file, how can the linked Table be refreshed with the new content?
Background
In order for a Table to be refreshed with its original data source it will have to have been placed with the Place Table tool setting ‘Retain Association ‘checked.
Steps to Accomplish
Option 1 To update an individual Table
Select the Table
Right Click in the top left hand corner and select ‘ Refresh from Data Source ‘
Option 2 To update all Tables in a Design
Open the Keyin Browser
Keyin ‘ table refresh all ‘
Option 3 To update all Tables in multiple Designs
Use the Batch Processor to select the required files to be processed
Add the Keyin ‘ table refresh all ‘in the Batch Processors command file
Run the Batch Processors process
Option 4 To update all Tables automatically on file open
Add the keyin ‘ table refresh all ‘ to autorun.mvba.

NOTE: This could affect the opening times of files as well as updating of Tables that might not be required.
