I can not login to "CONNECTION client".
Following error message appears:

Explanation

A notification was sent through our blog requesting users to update the CONNECTION CLIENT by February 6th.

Update your CONNECTION client by February 6th!

In case, you have not updated the CONNECTION CLIENT by February 6th, you will receive the “User failed to login” error. You will need to download and install the CONNECTION client.

How to Avoid

Please install at least version 10.00.04.21 which is available for download from the Software Downloads. Search for "CONNECTIONS".
If there is no suitable language version available, we recommend installing an English version until the preferred language version is released.
