1. Download and unzip the folder
2. Clicking in readme_installation.chm
The "What's new & Changed in MicroStation" page opens
3. Select the Readme menu option and you will see a list of the resolved issues.
Note: Just to clarify, this Readme file is not available from the Help menu in MicroStation but from Bentley Communities.
