How to construct Eccentric Cone in V8i / CONNECT

Background

Pipe reducers are quite often eccentric in shape.

In MicroStation V8 2004 Edition the tool used to make an eccentric reducer was
"Construct Skin Solid/Surface".

In MicroStation V8i the tool "Loft Surface by Vertice" can be used.   

Steps to Accomplish

1. Construct a circle with the small diameter.
2. Construct a circle with the large diameter.

3. Use "Loft Surface by Vertice" > Select the small circle > Select the large circle > Accept
