Question:

How can I convert DGN to IFC

Solution:

MicroStation cannot export or "save as" to IFC file format.

MicroStation can only view/open IFC files.

However, MicroStation is already being more helpful by allowing IFC import through referencing.

You will need OpenBuildings Designer (previously AECOSim Building Designer) to perform this.
