How to create separator lines in MicroStation customization menus?

Problem

How to create separator lines in MicroStation customization menus, for example in the right click contextual menu?

Solution

1. Add an additional "New Menu Item"
2. Use a single hyphen (-) as the "Label" and left everything else blank
