Troubleshoot Installation Issues Overview

The following document describes the initial steps to help with Troubleshooting problems when installing MicroStation CONNECT Edition.

It is advisable to speak with your IT or CAD/SITE Administrator if you have one prior to installing MicroStation CONNECT Edition, as they may have a Preconfigured install.

1. New Installations (Single Users)

For trouble shooting tips and resources relating to carrying out installations of MicroStation CONNECT Edition on one or two devices.

2. New Installations (Multiple Users)

For trouble shooting tips and resources relating to installing MicroStation CONNECT Edition on multiple devices, for example using a Deployment Image
