Photomatch doesn't prompt to select an image for matching if the attached references in model contain rasters and the function Display Raster References is disabled.
For matching is chosen one from rasters that comes from attached references.
To prompt to open the window for selecting the image for matching is needed to keep Display Raster Reference enabled and disable the Raster from Reference in Raster Manager by unselecting the View numbers.
