Problem

Element Levels display as (none)

Element levels display as (none) even though they have an assigned Name

Solution

The Level display format was set to “D”. Level Description was empty (not set)

MS_LEVEL_DISPLAY_FORMAT = D

Resetting the Level display configuration variable value, fixed the issue.
