Problem

A DWG file is referenced into a DGN file.
When using the Copy Tool to copy a Shared Cell element from the DWG reference into the active DGN file, nothing appears.

Solution

After copying the Shared Cell element to the active DGN, toggle ON the View Display for the level on which the copied Shared Cell resides.

*Note - Check Level Display > View Display for the active DGN model and browse for any used levels that are not turned ON.
You can try toggling ON all Levels in the Level Display (right click > All On)
