Problem
When reading 3D PDF created in MicroStation the following message is displaying:
Acrobat Reader
A 3D data parsing error has occurred
The issue may be due to a damaged Adobe Acrobat configuration file.
Solution
Use one of the following:
1. Generate new configuration files
- Close Adobe Acrobat and rename the following folders:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC_OLD
If visible, C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX_OLD
- Re-open the 3D PDF files to view
2. Re-install Adobe Reader
