Problem Description:
Accidentally User has hidden the tabs (like material, Geometry ..) from the Properties dialog when selecting an element. How can we un hide the property tabs?
Steps to resolve:
Open the properties dialog and at the bottom of the dialog you find empty space, here give a right click then you will get the 'show/hide' option pops-up here toggle on the options like materials, geometry etc... that you would like to see in properties dialog.
