Problem

I can't find the MicroStation SDK download link within the Software Downloads portal (https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com)

Solution

1. Open Software Downloads portal > MicroStation Product Details > select the Clear button

2. Change Deliverable type to SDK and leave all other options as default and select Apply.

3. The SDK variant of MicroStation will appear.
