Default Open dialog box is not displaying all file types in Bentley View.

Problem Description

Default Open dialog box is not displaying all file types in Bentley View. Is there a way to display all file types in the default open dialog box?

Solution

To see all type of file formats just like MicroStation Manager type file open dialog, In Bentley View you need to turn off the 'Use Windows file open'. To turn off, go to File > Settings > User > Preferences Look and Feel category, here turn off Use Windows file open. Now click on the browse option will open new File open dialog, here you can see all file type options under the 'List Files of type'.
