Problem
One Map Singapore - WMS
Solution
Steps to follow:
1.) Attach a GCS, coordinate system to the DGN file.
2.) Ribbon Drawing > Utilities > Geographic > Coordinate System
3.) Search "EPSG:3414"
a. Select EPSG 3414
4.) File > Save Settings
5.) Open One Map Singapore documentation
6.) Scroll down to Map Links. Read the Terms of Use
7.) Select WMS Link - https://www.onemap.gov.sg/maps/service?
8.) Open Raster Manager > Select New WMS
9.) Paste URL https://www.onemap.gov.sg/maps/service?
10.) Select required layer e.g. "Default"
11.) Click button "Add to map"
12.) Click button "Save and Attach"
