Does Bentley View works on an Android/IOS tablet?
Solution
Bentley View cannot be installed on an Android/IOS tablet.
The apps designed for Android are Navigator Mobile App and Bentley Map Mobile App:

https://store.bentley.com/en/products/apps/1000BMMApp--Map-Mobile-App
However, these apps are not free of charge (Bentley CONNECTS Passport licence required) and they cannot open DGN files directly, only i-models and pdfs.
