Error message when trying to use modified printer.plt

Problem Description

When I try to use my recently modified Printer Driver Configuration file (.plt), I get the following error message:
The printer driver configuration file 'S:\CADD\MSV8i\Plotting\DAL\C_HP5550_CLR_FS_FW.plt' is not valid
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '9'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '3'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '3'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '5'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '9'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '7'
The value of property 'Style.NumRunLengths' cannot be '5'

Steps to Resolve

User was using an odd number of pen_down, pen_up movements for his line style patterns.  These should be in pairs.
