Problem Description

Print Organizer window does not appear when selecting File>Print Organizer.  No messages appear in the Message Center in MicroStation.

Steps to Resolve

1. Open a Command Prompt window
2. Use cd (change directory) command to navigate to the MicroStation installation directory.
3. Type in the following command:
   
   ustation.exe -restoredefaults
