How to open Level Manager in Bentley View V8i?

Steps to Accomplish

Option 1 Key-in

1. There is no icon or menu to open Level Manager dialog in Bentley View
2. The Level Manager Dialog can be opened using a Key-in
3. Go to the menu Tools > Key-in
4. Enter the Key-in: levelmanager dialog open
5. Level Manager Dialog opens

Option 2 Status bar

1. Left click in the Status Bar in the Active Level section
2. Level Manager opens, see image below
