      Product: MicroStation
      Version: All
      Environment: N\A
      Area: Annotations
      Subarea: N\A

    Overview

The following video shows how to draw on an elevation while picking the points on another elevation. This can also be used with any other command (e.g. move, copy, place cell) and in combination with keyins

Keyins to:  activate AccuDraw ; Origin; Top; SmartLock; StickyZ

    F11 - O - T - Enter - LZ
Click here to play this video

You unlock the StickyZ by keying LZ while in AccuDraw Focus (and Enter). Then the Compass jumps to snapped points (e.g. to select another elevation) and you may start another round.

You can find the DGN shown in the video here.
