I-model workflow

Question

Here is my planned workflow: 
 1. Publish I-models to Bentley Map mobile (IOS) 
 2. Survey crew makes redlines on said I-models. 
 What next? I thought the I-model could be brought back into Microstation as reference file. This doesn't appear to be possible. What can you do with an I-model? 
 I have a fair amount for time invested in this endeavor to find out the I-model is a dead end. Based on the help files found in SS4 this is or was possible (see capture below): 
 
 If I understand this correctly the help files for this topic are NOT accurate. The I-model is a dead end in its self. The life cycle is closed once the file is published via Microstation? 
 Any ideas?

Greetings Cliff, 
 The workflow is possible using the following steps: 
 
 Using Bentley Map Mobile Publisher with Bentley Map (or one of the vertical products that includes Bentley Map), publish your Bentley Map or MicroStation data as a Bentley Map Mobile i-model. 
 Transfer the Bentley Map Mobile i-model to your mobile device for use in the field. See the " Bentley Map Mobile Publisher FAQ " page for additional details on ways to transfer data to your device. 
 Using Bentley Map Mobile, open your i-model to search, review or redline your data. 
 For 2D data, as noted here , you can create redlines consisting of vector based freehand sketches, simple geometries (e.g. circles, shapes, lines, arrows, clouds etc&hellip;), text annotation, symbols along with photo and video attachments. 
 Upload, e-mail or transfer from your mobile device the .markupdb files for use with the Bentley Map desktop product. 
 Reference attach the .markupdb file in Bentley Map to review redline and markups made in field.
