If I don't have the OD matrix of a network can I still use cube to find the total travel time of the network?
What can be done when we don't have the OD matrix of a state highway network?

If you are looking to build paths between all OD pairs and output a travel time skim matrix, then you can use the Voyager HIGHWAY program to do this, You can also build paths on a network inside a CUBE network window, using a time attribute. This is helpful to visualize paths for individual OD pairs. Please refer to our help at CUBE Base > Network Window > Advanced display configuration > Highway path display.
