Can anyone please verify if I am using the nesting coefficients in utility equations and XCHOICE model correctly?
Utility equations and mode choice model included below

The syntax of your XCHOICE statement looks good to me. I cannot comment on the utility calculations without more information on how you are calculating it and what are the utilities.
Thank you, Ahmed. You can ignore the utility calculations for now. I am specifically concerned about the usage of scaling factors/nesting coefficients (C_NEST1, C_NEST12 and C_NEST123) in the utility equation and the corresponding usage in XCHOICE. Do they look correct ? Documentation is not very helpful in this regard.
