Ok, I think i found the issue. By default, the speeds on each lane in Dynasim are 100km/hr. When you created the parking lot, your speed within the lot is 100km/h as well which is too fast. What you need to do is change the SPEED component of the trajectory in the parking lot to say about 0.15 which means 15 km/h. This is also applicable to all the nearby approaching links to the parking lot. If you change this, the vehicles will get parked properly. I hope this helps.
