Hi,
How may I edit link attributes, first by selecting links with some kind of a query ? For example, I wish to change capacity of all links where speed matches a certain criteria.
Secondly, I am using default centroid connectors which have all attribute values as zero and this is reported as a warning after assingment. Does this matter in Cube Voyager? because different software treat this differently. I wonder what is the significance of this warning.
Thank you
Using NETWORK program: IF (SPEED=0) CAPACITY=99999This will make the CAPACITY 99999 for all links with SPEED 0

BPR formula contains V/C, so I think the capacity C cannot be zero
Sorry but it is not clear to me. Does this go into the LINKMERGE phase of network program? I do not understand how and which part of the query will select "connectors" as I want to change the attributes of selected links.
PROCESS PHASE=LINKMERGE ; Use this phase to make computations and selections of any data on the LINKI files. IF (_CENTROID=0) LINKI[1].CAPACITY = 1 ENDPROCESS
i tried this, but seems to have no effect, no error , nothing.
Thank you Novra for replying. Please notice that the Highway program treats 0 capacity as infinite capacity. Please refer to the Chapter 6 > "Setting TIME, COST, and DIST values" of the CUBE Voyager Reference Guide.
Please see this reply https://communities.bentley.com/products/mobility-simulation-analytics/f/cube-forum/228997/how-to-add-add-attributes-to-all-centroid-connectors-together
The _centroid internal variable is not an internal variable for the Network program, but you can use _zones as explained in that post, you can also check the built-in variables in the Voyager Reference Guide here:
Home > 8 Network Program > Introduction to the Network program > Built-in variables
(note: _centroid is an internal variable for the NET and GIS Windows and if _centroid = 1, means that this is a centroid node or centroid connector)
Also, please look at the documentation for the Network program in our Voyager Reference Guide:
> Phase description
> Variable Referencing (li.1.capacity for example)
